I'm Leonie.

I've spent more than 25 years helping organisations communicate more effectively.

I've worked across the private, public and charitable sectors, leading campaigns, developing brands, delivering complex projects and helping organisations navigate both opportunity and change.

Specialising in all realms of marcoms, I am a generalist that has acquired a wealth of experience. What has remained constant is my belief that good communications aren't simply about words or marketing.

They're about people. Understanding what matters. Building trust. Finding clarity. Creating connections.

That's why I founded In Harmony. I enjoy making sense of complex situations, identifying what matters most and turning ideas into practical action.

Whether I'm acting as a strategic adviser, leading a campaign or becoming an extension of your team, my role is always the same:
